Chad M. Brignac is the founding Board Chair of Pathways to Triumph, leading with vision, strategy, and a heart shaped by personal experience. A devoted husband, father, and caregiver, Chad stepped into this mission following his wife Jdele’s unexpected stroke in 2019. Navigating their family’s recovery journey revealed not only the shortcomings of the healthcare system—but also God’s invitation to build something better.

With a background in leadership consulting and systems strategy, Chad brings practical insight and faith-guided conviction to every decision. He believes in compassionate leadership, sustainable growth, and the power of community to transform lives. As Board Chair, he helps steward the spiritual and strategic direction of the organization—ensuring that every step taken remains aligned with Christ’s purpose and the real needs of stroke survivors and their families.

Chad and Jdele have been married for 22 years and are proud parents and grandparents, cherishing the joy and complexity of raising a blended family. Together, they lead with faith, vision, and a shared calling to see lives transformed through hope and healing.

Jdele C. Brignac is the heart and voice of Pathways to Triumph. A young stroke survivor, author, and speaker, she brings deep empathy and unwavering faith to every decision. Her own journey—from ICU to restoration—was marked by pain, perseverance, and unshakable faith. Through every season, she experienced God’s hand and His healing power, emerging not only as a survivor but as a leader and inspiration for others walking the same road.

Jdele leads from lived experience and a deep calling to serve others walking through similar trauma. She is committed to building a care model that is faith-based, personalized, and centered on restoring the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Through her leadership, Pathways to Triumph stays anchored in both compassion and excellence.

Jdele and her husband Chad have been married for 22 years and share the blessings of a blended family, including four children and three grandchildren. Her life is a living testimony of God’s restoration power, and her heart beats to see others rise with strength, joy, and renewed purpose. 

Executive Pastor | Ministry Leader | Intercessor for Healing

Pastor Wayne serves as the Executive Pastor at Bethany Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he oversees all pastoral ministries and operational aspects across multiple campus locations. At the core of his role is a commitment to inspire, strategize, and execute Bethany’s mission: “Bringing all people into the Life, Family, and Purpose of God.”

In addition to his duties at Bethany Church, Pastor Wayne is the Director of Bethany All Access, a network dedicated to empowering and refreshing pastors and leaders. He also extends his support beyond Bethany, serving as an overseer for three churches across the United States.

For 17 years, Pastor Wayne has been married to his wife, CC Brown, and together they embrace the joys of parenthood with their energetic son, Evan Brown.

As a member of the board, Pastor Wayne will help ensure that Pathways to Triumph remains spiritually grounded—covering the mission in prayer, nurturing pastoral partnerships, and helping create a culture of healing anchored in faith and family.
