With a background in leadership development and systems integration, Chad brings practical insight and faith-guided conviction to every decision. Chad and Jdele have been married for 23 years and are proud parents and grandparents, cherishing the joy and complexity of raising a blended family. Together, they lead with faith, vision, and a shared calling to see lives rebuilt through hope and healing.
